The College follows the refund norms prescribed by the University & UGC:

1. Before Commencement of Classes – 100% of tuition fees refundable (after deduction of processing charges).
2. Within 15 days of Commencement – 80% of fees refundable.
3. Within 30 days of Commencement – 50% of fees refundable.
4. After 30 days of Commencement – No refund will be granted.

• Refund applications must be submitted in writing to the Principal’s Office.
• All refunds are processed through the Accounts Department within 30 working days of approval.
